How is the amount of experience awarded to a summoner determined after each game. I played a game with 4 friends, and we won and got like 130ish experience, then with the same team we win again and get like 338 then again and get like 140ish. How is this formulated? and do all the players same the same amount of exp?

The big boost would be the "First Win of the Day" bonus kicking in.ave

As to the rest, I don't have a clue I'm afraid.
