hi, first, sorry for my english i hope some1 can understand what i mean and help me figure this thing out

last week i think, it was before the latest patch i could turn off the thingy when i get hit by a champion that i get a cloud around the screen
like dmg cloud or something
but after the new patch i cant turn this thing off
is it a bug? its realy anooing...
