What's the point of making a new tier for champion cost if you just make them all 6300?

Because some are more powerful than others. 6300 isn't going to kill you anyways.

If you cant play 50 games for a new champion then go get a job and pay 6 dollars for it.

No, perhaps the right word is dynamic. I've just noticed the 6300 tier champs tend to have more viable paths to take in the game as opposed to say a 475 ip champion. They also in general seem to have greater utility. Of course I am referring to all the champs released after launch as opposed to the original champions. Note the term, in general, some are terrible.
