Man, I guess they need to go to through their archives and post about every change they've ever made to a champion with a Spotlight.

Seriously, balance is a fine art, and it's a continuing process. If they didn't make these changes today, they'd be made in two weeks. The only difference is we'd have two weeks of whining about how Ren's OP.

Of course, we'll have that anyway. People are still claiming Caitlyn is OP despite her being worse than pretty much every other ranged carry.

As for when the video was made, I would assume sometime yesterday or earlier today, to allow time for editing, encoding, and uploading.
