i dont know about anyone else, but when i go to the shop to buy a skin, some of them are not there. im trying to buy a skin for katarina, but the only skins i can find in the shop are bilgewater katarina and mercenary katarina. is there somewhere i'm not looking or are the other skins not available? or what?
