He gets buffed early game, but isn't as strong during late game.

This is because he gets less of a attack speed bonus when it's additive instead of multiplicative.

yay. ignite buff is good to counter meanie healer pushes. and makes it useful late game when i forget i have ignite.

Well, I know he got nerfed on the multiplicative yet he gained atack speed :S

**** was hoping for Twisted Treeline release.

Patch looks pretty good.

What I would like to have seen included:

-Twisted Fate not able to port in with Gold card queued.
-Slight Amumu buff

Soooo, poppy will be available for like 8-12 hours after the patch hits until the midweek changeover at midday or afternoon wednesday? When everyone is sleeping/at school? Excellent.
