The real question is.

Why allow free champs in ranked games?

Designed by same tards who thought of the matchmaking and league systems?

New champions should be in the rotation the first week. I mean, think about it; if someone says "oh hey quinn is new i want to buy her" without having any expeirience with her, they might end up sucking. Thus resulting in a HUGE waste of IP/RP.

Its freaking horrible to play normal games the week when new champs are free.
They go on free rotation the third week after release and everyone and their mother wants to play them on a game, resulting in a flood of unskilled morons that have no idea what they are doin.

Also, unless you got a part of your brain removed you should be aware that this game has SALES. New champions MUST NOT be free because that makes people like you want to buy them with RP cause racking up IP is 'too hard'.

I love all the yordles theyre so fun and really in game its finding the champions that are fun to you not the ones that are considered opd like right now with 'Win Nao' 'Xin Zhao'

I've found that it's usually about two weeks after their release. Nowadays it more typical to see them go free-to-play three weeks later though.
