I apologize if this was already answered, but I didn't want to read through 13 pages of "cool idea!" posts.

What if we were "unofficially" referred, but have not reached level 10? is there some way we can become a referral?

I'd hate to leave my brother hanging because I didn't know the referral system existed...

Oh - can you post the answer in the first post, if possible? That way I don't have to remember which page this ends up on (A small thing, but if I don't ask I won't know, right?)
