Stop saying Vlad and Anivia are OP.

Anivia is only moderately OP because she has burst(casters should have this) with sustained damage(her R).

her supply of survival tools is also quite a good deal larger than most(passive, slows, stuns and wall)

Sorry, the majority of the community thinks Vlad is OP. It's like asking that we stop saying the sky is blue.
