Hello guys,
maybe someone can help with this because maybe i'm missing/not understand something.

This is teh description of the the obejct:

Sword of the Divine
+55% Attack Speed UNIQUE Passive: Every fourth attack deals 100 extra Magic Damage. UNIQUE Active: Your attacks cannot be dodged and you gain 30 Armor Penetration for 5 seconds.

so i was happy about the non-dodging feature, i bought it and...
the first 2 attacks to a player (Teemo, but i don't think it is important) were dodged! o_O



Now, what I'm missing?

The "non-dodge" attack effect only happens when you activate the item. So the question is: were these attacks that got dodged just working off the passive ability, or did you activate?
