I tried to put points in but it wouldnt let me so i was gona save and reopen but when i saved there was no button after... screenshot has info look at the orange 0/3 wtf?

Commonly known bug, has been around for quite a while... haven't seen an announcement to when they will fix it. Rest assured they are probably already working on it/have been working on it for a while now.
