Ever since the buff I've just had a terrible time with him. I know the main issue is that his dash can essentially allow him to keep holding pace after being run through a shroom, and he still does a strong amount of damage even when built semi tank. I just don't know what to do against him. Next time I'll ask for a lane change, but I though I'd ask in case I may be missing something.

I actually recommend doing a point of W as 2nd level or so. That extra speed should be fantastic if your problem is him catching up.

Is he actually managing to dash your shrooms getting another dash? You should be able to keep your range and harass. The main problem being he's not a real autoattacker.
