[PVP.Net] Mastery Tree Refresh Bug

Twice today I ran into a bug where I reset my mastery traits, but it looks like they have not been reset. I can still put points into things that look like I've already taken them, so I think this is just a UI problem. Anyone else experience this?

I experienced something similar. I could reset the points and the masteries would still have spent points in them. I could keep buying stuff and resetting, but I couldn't buy tier one stuff, reset, buy tier two stuff, etc. The game was still counting my spent points, but the UI wasn't showing masteries as unlearned.

Additionally, when this happens, all my tool ltips for the masteries disappear.
