Nasus and Renekton and godlike (literally). but in human terms Jax would win definatly.

erm guys? you keep mentioning xin/ali beating armies.
GUESS WHAT
big bad storm > massive 6 mil. strong armies.
aniv.=essence of winter/storms-she can summon big storms.
therefore, aniv > 6 mil. strong army.
Don't believe me? see Napoleon's Russian campain, or Hitler's Russian campain.

Veig also an honorable mention.
now what is Jax gonna do when A FKIN METEOR FALLS ON HIS HEAD.

No, he's really really good at DODGING things. He only has to hit you three times. It doesn't matter if you have ultimate power if you can't bring it to bear on someone, and his ULTIMATE says he's so fast he can even mitigate magic. Not to mention the more he fights you the better he gets.

1:Zilean,he is immortal,and controls time.He could literaly freeze time,go get a sword,cleanly slice off your head,and resume time.

2:Nasus,he is either a god,or very very close.He can and will rip your soul out.

3:Jax,he could 1vs200 with a weapon and win

4:Xin Zhao.He went 1vs300 and own.

5:Annie,when she reaches adulthood,she will be more powerfull than any other magician.

6:Fiddlesticks,not much is known about him,just that anybody who enters his sanctum dies,without exception

7:Soraka,ever been hit by a star?

8:Ryze,he wields ultimate power of Arcane power

9:Lux,just a very powerfull magician.

10:Nidalee,I am sure everybody will disagree with me,but come on,thinkg about this for a second

Those are the MOSTLY human ones

Anivia, Malphite, Renekton, Mordekaiser,Cho'Gath, Kog'Maw,Karthus,and Malzahar are super natural to the point of being gods.

Lee Sin technically knows summoner magic.
I think that earns him a spot on the top 10.

Jax is definitely IN the top 10, if given a weapon. But, that assumes you let him have a weapon, seeing as it's about the top ten IN the league.
