I think it varies from person to person as I don't think I have ever seen it.

I miss about 1 life saving heal a game due to the self heal bug. Always a joy to run in cougar form to your near dead ally just to heal yourself :/ I usually heal myself 3 times a game from this bug. The trap yourself bug doesn't come us as much, considering I rarely clutch trap.

I haven't had a backwards spear throw since they fixed it.

I am having a lot of problems with cougar form often pausing after abilities, causing her to stop an auto attack unless I rapidly click for it. Main problem comes from jumping over the target, Nidalee doesn't turn to AA so I will swipe the air forgetting I needed to turn her around.
