It's not 'dangerously close'. It's an obvious switch of 'tan' for 'par'. I really wish they could put a little more effort into names. Nashor was fine, but, really.

Looks awesome! I'm really interested in the cooldown times on those skills, if they're low, he'd be SUPER annoying to fight. Otherwise he looks like an almost balanced character already if damages are right :P

Actually they had fairly long braided hair to protect their necks from sword strikes.

My idea of Pantheon:

Passive: ok, every 4rd attack over something is blocked
Spear: After Crit, he impales target and hurts enemies behind him for some Dmg.
Shield: Shield bash, ok, whatever
Sword: Crippling strike slowing and applying little DoT
Ultimate - passive: For every unit that attacked him some +Dmg and +AS for 10 sec
- active: 10 stacks into passive + some MS
