So.... what exactly is ELO decay?

I've been a pretty avid (yet in 8th grade) lol-player. But, because I have a really crappy laptop, i'm forced to play on my brothers' laptops when they're gone. However, both my brothers quit because they claim it's too time consuming. I recently hit 1300 ELO in ranked solo q... how much will it decay while i'm not playing?

I don't think your Elo decays unless you're in the top 100 ladder or something like that.

This is just from memory serves btw.

After 3 weeks of inactivity in a ladder in which your Elo is above 1400, it will decay 25.

My 3s Elo decayed 25 a month ago from 1578 to 1553

ELO decay is when your ELO slowly drops if you haven't played for a while IIRC.
