There doesn't seem to be a place for out-of-game interface feedback, and these aren't exactly bugs.
1. Sixth-tier tooltips (havoc, tenacity, presence of the master) are cut off by the bottom of the screen.
2. Put your mouse over the bottom-left of any Utility mastery (such that your mouse hovers over the tooltip) and the tooltip will have a fit.
3. The [0/1] etc at the bottom-right of each icon looks fairly ugly; antialiasing has not done it justice.
