Sivir's ult effects towers?

Anyone else noticed that towers fire a lot faster when sivir uses her ult? Doesn't seem like the skill should work on towers. Maybe its intentional.

I never noticed that before but i will keep an eye out now.

I personally dont think its a problem (intended or not), ultys are meant to be powerful. Its not like the tower can chase you down and kill you. + you most likely dont want to be near a good Sivir when she uses her ulty anyway.
