Can someone help me?

I don't understand what exactly I should do, anyone, help?

OMG your support sucks! no joke! I wasted all my refund tokens and I accidentally purchased 30 days IP boosts! My minor mistakes wasted my 25 dollars! Are u kidding me! Ur support said he aint able to do anything? OMG

Same as Orochi - the instructions are unclear and I ended up having to reinstall the whole client because of the instructions that you've posted. Hopefully it works now, but the thing is the last step DOES NOT WORK, it only ruins the client.

Da heck Riot...unable to log in, I log in and it just sits there doing nothing, I'm not the only one with this issue. I have already gone through the basic steps suggested on this thread for log in issues.
Seems to be a Dallas/Fort Worth Fios issue:

@ play button, i cant find that button you say to allow active scripting in my internet options. any advice or help?
