While testing Boost and Haste, I realize that the cooldown numbers listed for them (150 and 210, respectively) are unaffected by Willpower or Presence of the Master. I haven't actually timed the spells, but I'm assuming the actual cooldowns themselves are probably correct. The numbers shown aren't.
