All of Sion's have 1:1 AP. All of Nunu's have 1:1 except Ult which is 2.5:1. Trynd's heal and spin are scalable off AP but I forgot how high. All of Yi's skills have 1:1 AP.

Actually, Sion's shield spell could be considered to have a 2:1 AP ratio. The shielding aspect is 1.0, and the damage aspect is 1.0. Depends on how one looks at it.
