Are you suggesting chain-stun + high, sustainable harass + AoE stun + one of the best escape mechs in the game < Ryze?

Yes.

I played a lot of games as kennen.

This ryze blows him away.

I personally find the new ryze to be extremely OP.. just saying. Super tanky and the chain root is ridiculous - it makes Moakai look like a fool.
