Just use the combiner. If you get something you want, keep it. If not, just recycle it again. if you already have everything you need, you can just keep doing it over and over again until they're all gone. The last one will need to use one of your current runes, but then you can just buy one last rune to fill that slot again and your rune pages are nice and clean.

The bad thing about the rune combiner is it randomly decides what runes you get.

Yes and you can recombine until you get something you do want.

Deleting them you get absolutely nothing in return.

I don't want anymore runes I have all the ones that are worth having and i have a rune set that can work for any champion. if i combine runes its going to give me yet again another tire 3 rune i don't want. Its taking up space and looks like **** i just want to drag and drop to the trash can and be gone with it.
