I would like to ask u guys about how I can sell all my "Runes" in game cuz they are Tier 1 and 2, so I wanna sell them all and get all Tier 3. Thank you.

You can't sell runes, but you can use the rune combiner (icon looks like the recycle symbol, it's also a bit meh, bit it's the only way to clear up your inventory).

You combine two or five runes of the same tier. Two grants you a random rune of the same tier, five grants you a random rune of the tier above.

I have ben having trouble getting the rune combiner to work. I select T1 runes and put one in, but then cant select any other T1 runes... any reason why this might be happening?

It's likely the runes are in one of your pages already; you can't combine a rune that is still being used.
