Rush tri force. I take whatever boots call for it. If I know im going to go around ganking, I get mobility. If I know imma need a little extra damage I get zerks.

After tri force I get Madreds if they are tanky, IE if they arent.
After that I usually go BV- Sunfire- GA.. Or something along those lines.
