I do see where you are going; however, Riot has stated that they feel as though stealth in its current state is a frustrating mechanic. There is really no need to expose new players to this when they are still deciding whether or not they want to play the game.

They will get raged at hard enough for dying to Eve/Twitch once they hit the mid teens. They will either learn then or stop playing. No need to force them to endure a mouthbreathing neckbeard who makes a smurf account and plays a stealth character for the lulz.

yeah but i mean if they let him be free one week - if u feed with him - tough use another char or go to custom game and play there ? and maybe the should put twitch or eve into tut so then they get a feeling of what they are like

A level one smurf playing twitch is easily countered by an oracles elixir. No runes, no masteries, and if the smurf keeps winning then he's going to eventually play with other smurfs.

why should i use my money to buy him when we should get him free now and again - no point in having a champion that can be free if he never is - might aswell make him only buyable
