I lol'ed. Really? What kind of pandering, self-important BS is this? Putting a document in front of people isn't going to turn them into better people. Don't get me wrong; I'm fine with mission statements and all, but if you want to tie people's hands and level consequences for conduct, you have the EULA for that.
