Nashor's Tooth has the passive tooltip of Frozen Heart. I don't think it was always like that.
"Passive UNIQUE: Slows nearby enemy units attack speed by 25% and reduces cooldowns by 25%"

Also: Was Singed's Fling always targetable on minions? I had a horrible streak of misclicking on the minion directly behind an enemy Jax tonight. Could it be changed to not target minions?
