Hmmm it should have appeared o you when you cnme into the forums for the first time... , clicking on the shield is how i accepted it... hmmm im not quite sure...

There is a way to accept it... It really doesn't matter but i understand you, it would drive me nuts. Hmmm try asking in the help ans support forum

How i accepted it was just reading through it by clicking the shield, where as my friend it popped up the first time he went on the forums. So if either didn't happen or won't work im at a loss :/
