Problems with Friend Referal Tracker

It seems the friends I have invited are being acknowledged as joining the game and creating a summoner, but it is not tracking their levels. I know that a few of them are not level 1 and it simply has level 1 for all of them. Any clues?

Wait until they break the level 11 mark, see if it updates. You can also e-mail support@riotgames.com

Mine have been showing as lvl 1 for months though I have two that I know are lvl 6 and 23

Like Postal said, your best bet at this point is to email Riot.
