I don't recall where I stated that you should be banned for not stating yes.
I just find that, if anything, allow us to close it after we put our votes.
It is a rather large box, and I can't find a good place to move it after I vote.
If no identifying who the ******* is that is just not going to vote, lets make it so it has a "x" and able to close it after you state your opinion, or minimize it.
Something to get rid of that annoying box.
