The thing about Shaco, hes OP just like any other Champion, If you have the skill. Fortunately for you Shaco has very useful abilities.
I will talk about them Later in the thread.
Story:
They say that death isn't funny. It isn't, unless you're Shaco. He is Valoran's first fully-functioning homicidal comic; he jests until someone dies, and then he laughs. The figure that has come to be known as the Demon Jester is an enigma. No one still alive knows from whence he came. There are rumors, but one must not speak of them too loudly lest Shaco come to jest. It seems unimaginable that such a threatening figure would be allowed to remain at large. There are those that believe he is an assassin for hire, left to roam until he is needed. Others believe that Shaco is simply too clever, evading authorities at every turn. Still others believe that he is the demonic manifestation of humanity's dark urges, and therefore cannot be stopped.

Skills/Abilities
Passive: Back-stab
Passively deals 20% increased damage when attacking from behind a target.
This Ability is great for ganks + you Q leveled up to 5 will devastate you foes, sometimes even tanks, because of the 100% critical strike.
Q Deceive
Shaco stealths himself instantly and teleports to target location. His next attack is guaranteed to critical strike.
This ability is great for ganks, and escapes.
W Jack in the Box
Shaco Creates a animated Jack in the box at the target location, which will wait, stealthed, to fear nearby units and attack them when some come nearby.
This is your bread and butter skill when it comes to Jungling. For example, it fears the Ancient Golem so you can deceive then backstab it for a 20% increased critical strike then smite it for nearly a guaranteed blue buff.
E Two-Shiv Poison
Shaco's shivs passively poisons targets on hit, slowing them and applying a miss chance on minions. He can throw his shivs to deal damage and poison the target.
Great skill with AD for catching escaping prey with 100 hp left. Also a great skill for catching prey that is running away.
R Hallucinate (Ultimate)
Shaco Creates an illusion of himself near him, which can attack nearby enemies. Upon death, it explodes dealing damage to nearby enemies.
This is you best skill (well it is your ultimate xD) as you can control it with Alt - right click and send it to an enemy near a turret that is low enough health so you can send him and die to explode, killing your enemy.

Ignite is a MUST
Teleport is great, as is cleanse so you may take away a stun, then deceive to safety.
Jungling:
Of course smite is the most useful spell and of course is a MUST for junglers.
I would also take Ghost or Exhaust.
Items:
Laning
Start with a Doran's shield, for the extra health because you are squishy, 475 G
Come back and work on your Berserker Greaves, 920 G
Then work on your Madred's Blood razor, by trying to rush Razors first then the Recurve bow. Then get your pickaxe. 3800 G
I usually get my BF sword round here, level 11+ then build a Bloodthirstier. 3200 G
If you are against slow/stun/blind/snare you might want to build Banshee's Veil at this point. 2715 G
Get an item of your choice, Preferably a health item, like Frozen mallet that does something to your attack damage of attack speed while also giving you your most wanted HP.
If the game is drooling on, you might want to sell Doran's shield and buy Something AD, like Black Cleaver if you have a lot of armor stacker's in the other team, or IE if you want more AD.
