I've noticed while playing Twitch that the buff counter the enemy shows for the number of poisons he has on him does not update while the cursor is on the buff icon. If you shoot an enemy while keeping the cursor on the icon the number will not change, but if you quick take the cursor off and put it back on the icon, it will update to the correct counter number.
