Funny, I actually had a very similar hero typed up for one of my own hero suggestions... Not claiming that I made him at all, just humorous- it's not exactly hard to think up this kind of skill set for a fire based caster.

Sounds like Annie 2.0, with an inverse of anivia thrown in. The first and third skills look kinda similar to me too, except 1 stuns and 1 spreads. Guess I'll have to wait and see.

But why does a burning effigy of fiery vengeance have S&M pants on?
