can it be done?

ive seen people jungle AP sona, so i was wondering if i build toward manamune and bf sword, would it be possible/viable? if so, how?

I saw a posting of this before somewhere. It was possible but before she got mega-nerfed. don't think she has the dmg mitigation to make it an effective strat.
