and..how often is Xin banned?

I don't play much rank but i do know that amumu, rammus, shen, and zilean are often top bans when i have played rank or heard stories.

shen,rammus,malphite,amumu. basically the tanks are mostly banned and sometimes mundo... and karthus LOL

Almost anyone can be banned at higher ELO--Alistar, Zilean, Eve, you name it. Shen's VERY common to ban at higher ELO's (because he split pushes) and at low ELO (because noobs can't handle his ult).

He is actually rarely banned.

I haven't seen Xin banned in months.

Nocturne is a common ban, as is Shen.

Amumu and Malphite are also popular bans, and I still see Rammus banned at least once a day. I've seen Brand banned a few times, but not so much in the past few days. Presumably people have already learned how to counter him.
