riot im glad you got to this, im not going to get them since im not a caster or anythin, but im glad we are at least moving champs around in the tiers so that theres more room for those that really are the hardest to play to be on the top tiers. i agree, make ashe just free, shes a great all around champ thats easy for beginners. and she is free a lot :P
