Malz with warmogs first item before boots destroys both.

Blitzcrank counters kat, 3 interrupts for her ult. No real build necessary except mr and maybe cd reduct.

Every stunner-silencer can interupt her ulti and kill her

alistar is to kat as all 5 enemeis with oracle is to twitch.

For me personally Akali.....Mostly cause I enter "sidequest" mode and the main objective is the prove who is the better assassin!

But yeah, any team with decent cc and understanding of how kat works.

I'd have to say the best thing you could do for yourself is to play her and find out what skills stop her.

Blitzcrank. Apply directly to target enemy until spin stops. More than enough interrupts to completely shut her down.

Kass. He can rift further than her shunpo. He can silence her. He can burst her down. He has no heal that is affected by BB.

Cho'Gath is actually pretty good. Two interrupts, and feast stacks means he's pretty beefy early on and so isn't all that concerned about taking a few Death Lotus hits.

Garen...they'll both up winded though....
