One thing I think HoN has really going for it is the amount of customization available to the UI. Just browsing over to their forums there are a lot of mods already out, ranging from simple things like the mouse pointer to the look of the scoreboard and the actual placement of the HUD. Anyway I think customization would definitely increase the long term appeal of this game and should really be considered if not already.
