Tellis, Acolyte of the Tormented (><><) By: Kanacho

Lore: A tyrant sorcerer who attempted to enter the Void and control its power. Unfortunately, he was under prepared and his body was destroyed -- the only parts left were his brain, eyes, and spinal cord. While gone in the Void, his Kingdom grew to be democratic and renounced their former ruler. Luckily, a few of his remaining loyal minions found Tellis's remains, preserved in the Void, and implanted them into a specially designed jar to bring their master back. Using his new found psychic powers and a newly created mechanical body, Tellis joins the league to test his meddle and reclaim his lost land.

"I only follow the the path of Revenge" - Tellis, Acolyte of the Tormented

Notes: Tellis is a very strong support do to his reduction to enemy's magic resist and defense and the boost to him and his own ally's stats. Do to his summons Tellis gains a large advantage in laning situations, making him a very strong solo laning character. Tellis's minions also give him a good advantage while jungling, and with Cauldron of Terror as an innate ability you will be able to weaken stronger enemy creatures in the jungle allowing you to take out the mana golem at level 1.

Attributes: Tank, Mage, Carry, Farmer, Jungler, support

Health: Strong
Attack: Weak
Spells: Medium
Difficulty: Hard

Quote:
Passive: Soul Bags: Tellis wear soul bags around his vestments, and because of such, he can store the souls of demons in them. Tellis can store up to 6 (+6 per level exluding level 1) souls each soul granting him +25 HP. when bellow 20% total soul capacity, dealing 2% damage or more to a target within 1.5 seconds will recharge 5% soul Capacity. As an added effect, Tellis redirects 20% of all damage dealt to him to his minions. If Tellis's minions are not within a short range of him, they lose 50% of their stats.
Notes: Soul bags are used to store souls as an additional mana system (instead of using mana he has these souls). The bar would appear with the % of the total souls you currently have and a number showing the amount of souls you can store (like 100% : 108). Soul bags also increase your suvivability when you are fighting enemies but reduce the strength of your demons when you are not near them, so you can't just fight from across the map and destroy everyone while you sit on your cauldron in your base.

Quote:
[Q]: Cauldron of Terror: Innate: Tellis either places or removes his cauldron of terror at a target location with 150 (5 AP) HP. Standing by the cauldron regenerates 10% of Tellis's souls per second. Any enemy standing near the cauldron loses 15% of their armor and magic resistance and nearby allied champions gain 10% AP and 10% increased HP. Tellis's cooldowns are reduced by 2%/4%/6%/8%/10%/12% (This ability can be leveled up to level 6).
Notes: When this is near enemy units, it is very useful since it makes them weaker and easier to kill. You also become stronger in addition making this a very useful laning tool.

Quote:
[W]: Demonic Heart: Passive: Tellis gains 5%/10%/15%/20%/25% increased base HP. You gain 2%/4%/6%/8%/10% increased AP Magic Resistance and Armor. Active: Tellis summons 2/2/3/3/4 Hell hounds with 175 (+1 AP) HP and 25 (+0.2 AP) attack damage. This spell can be casted from anywhere on the map as long as you have vision of the target area. Consumes 30% of stored souls.
Notes: Demonic heart is very effective at killing runners, because combined with clarity you can summon demons ahead of you and your opponent to stop and kill them harming yourself. The passive makes you a volatile Foe by increasing your HP and AP allowing for domination over squishy champions.

Quote:
[E]: Demonic Conversion: Tellis sacrafices an allied non-champion unit summonng a 200/225/250/275/300 (+1.2 AP) HP Giant Winged Demon with 35 (+ 0.3 AP) attack damage and slows the closest nearby champion by 10%/20%/30%/40%/50% move speed for 5 seconds. This spell can be casted from anywhere on the map as long as you have vision of the targeted unit. Consumes 25% of your stored souls. (The Giant Winged Demon takes benefit as if it was a skill shot, allowing things like Frozen Mallet's effect to be added on to the attack of the Winged Demon).
Notes: Demonic conversion is useful during laning to convert a minor minion into a stronger Giant Winged Demon. It is also effective combined with clarity and Demonic Heart's active by revealing a target area summoning hell hounds, than converting one into a greater demon to slow your opponent for you to catch up to them or for your minions to finish the enemy off.

Quote:
Ultimate: Blood Rain: All enemy champions on the map lose 10/13/15% of their max HP over 6 seconds. Addtionally, Any enemies near tellis has their magic resistance and armor reduced by 25%/30%/35% when this spell is active. All enemies have their magic resistance and armor reduced by 50% for the duration of the spell. If an enemy champion dies from Blood Rain Tellis permanently Gains +4/6/8 Soul capacity and +6 /8/10AP. Consumes 50%/45%/40% of your stored souls.
Notes: Blood rain is good to kill runners and coupled with your other abilties you can take out enemies with 50% hp left from anywhere on the map.

Quotes:
(Movement)
"Darkness"
"I smell mortals"
"I server only My Lord"
(Attacking)
"Is that blood I sense?"
"Evil torments you"
"You will not survive his judgement"
(Taunt)
"The shroud of Evil have its way with you"
(Joke)
"The red demon takes you back to where it all began, the blue demon sends you on a one way trip to the abyss."

ok the idea of a caster that uses a ritual type effect to power his spells is interesting. i like the first power, but it realy dosent need that many effects on it.

the second power is just to much, lots of hp and armor and magical armor, plus u can summon creatures.

the E demon summon is ok

the ultimate is a bit to much in 1. it costs souls and gives souls, deals damage to everything, and gives a permanent on kills.

some of the powers are just 2 complex, but the idea is promising.
