gragas is 3150 ip, hes already overpriced as a 6300 ip champ in regards to ip, this i snot so much a sale as returning a sub-par champion to what should be his price

sadly becuz gragas is messed up in rp being 985 on sale, the 350 free ip is sitll useless... so far. im waiting for a cho or teemo sale so i can actually use it

We did have both Vlad and Karth on sale last week : ) They do put 6300 IP champs on sale... but they have to keep things balanced : )

(isn't that what Riot is known for?)

Maybe I'll pick up singed, I hear he's fun.
