If you are having a problem, fear not! Us Wrenchmen are community volunteers and are here to help you. However, as we are not Riot employees, there are things we can not directly help you with. We want to get your problem solved as fast as we can! In order to accomplish this, please check the list below for your type of problem - it will save you time!

Note: Temporary server-wide issues will have a separate, Riot-created thread. Look for related threads with the Riot stamp first!

I am having:

• Account related issues
  • Payment problems/issues
    • Submit a ticket via the Support Website - the Billing Support team will be with you as soon as possible!
  • IP/RP Rewards
    • Submit a ticket via the Support Website - the Game Support team will be with you as soon as possible!
  • Bans; for more info about bans related to leaving or idling, see the LeaverBuster FAQ.
    • Your ban will be lifted at the same time as you were banned. (Banned at 11:00AM means ban lifted at 11:00AM)
    • If you want to know why you were banned or you have other questions/remarks regarding your ban:
      • Submit a ticket via the Support Website. Please keep in mind that Riot will be unable to provide specifics of reports against your account.

• Technical Issues
  • Check the Wrenchmen's Toolbox. Most of the technical issues can be solved with the Toolbox.
    • If it's not in there, Create a new thread.
      • Attach all information you can give; screenshots, a DxDiag (go Start --> Run --> DxDiag), etc.
    • Browse around for suggestions for similar issues.
      • If you don't find a fix, keep your post bumped.
      • If you do find a fix, edit it into your original post to let others know.

• Other Issues
  • Create a new thread.
    • Attach all information you can give; screenshots, a DxDiag (go Start --> Run --> DxDiag), etc.
  • Browse around for suggestions for similar issues.
    • If you don't find a fix, keep your post bumped.
    • If you do find a fix, edit it into your original post to let others know.

• Something else
  • If you want to:
    • Report someone.
      • Submit a ticket via the Support Website. Attach screenshots.
    • Report a bug.
      • Post it in the Bug Report forum.
    • Discuss an in-game feature.
      • Post about it in the General Discussion forum.
    • Suggest something.
      • Post it in the Champion & Item suggestion if it is Champion or Item related.
      • Post it in the General Discussion if it is not Champion or Item related.
