Teemo : Definitely, the ability for Teemo to block or otherwise entertainingly interact with approximately 2% of all champion abilities using his shrooms was FAR TOO EARTH SHATTERINGLY POWERFUL.
Badger Teemo : Why yes, I mean look at all those times in the recent season one finals that Teemo used his OP nerfshrooms to completely nullify the effectiveness of the awesome and might Ammumu Suicide Bandage Toss!

Teemo : Well you wouldn't have noticed, because as we previously discovered Teemo was on every team twice completely invisible and doing nothing and STILL WINNING with his OP powers for the entire tournament. But in a completely invisible passive manner.

Heimerdinger : But my "Science" (tm) tells me this is a bad development for the game. It is stomping the foot down on the grave of a beautiful, fun, and not at all unbalanced emergent tactic of very very rarely making Blitzkrank pull what are already now relatively harmless mushrooms into his entire team.
Teemo : That was far too powerful. And I don't understand what is fun about that. I'm sure you can find SOME crying Blitz noobs who will all call it utterly anti fun even while OP Teemo and his OP allies roll around on the floor laughing their OP lungs out. There are probably at least three such people!
Heimerdinger : Well then what about all the OTHER inconsistencies of shrooms and ability interactions? Are they going to be cleared up? The way SOME dashes pass through them, while others trigger them? Vlad's Shroom pinging ability? The apparent ability of certain rare champ abilities to actual simply explode shrooms, sometimes entirely by accident?
Badger Teemo : Well I doubt that Riot would over look that I mean their excellent programming discipline and mechanical consistency means they will CERTAINLY make this a consistent change that will evenly nerf and buff and...
