Getting Magic Pen runes in red slots help alot with cleaver,

most people will use merc treads vs mundo because cleaver does less damage, and it keeps them from being slow as hell if they have those boots.

mundo = live by cleaver, die by cleaver. If you can't hit cleaver, l2p mundo.

No meant to hurt your feelings son,but lifesteal doesnt affect cleavers.Getting mpen reds is overkill for mundo,you can harras/last hit just fine early game if you land most of your cleavers.Make sure you smartcast them,it improves your accuracy by a lot.
