anyone have any tips? I usually just put them in spots i think the enemy will gank me from, are there special spots that people commonly run through?

Also what item spec is best? AD or speed?

Doran's Shield > Doran's Blade as blade requires you to constantly autoattack (bad because it pushes lanes, thus giving your opponent free farming/harassing and making you more easily gankable).

The way I build him is something like this:

Doran's Shield > Berserker's Greaves > Last Whisper > BF Sword > Vamp Scepter > Phage > BF to IE > Vamp to Stark's or Bloodthirster > Phage to FM > Sell Doran's for PD if the game honestly goes this long

you automatically autoattack, how do you stop from doing this? and why infiniti edge?
