Hi to everyone in there... like the tittle says i have 2 "noob" questions for you people, so please help me

1. There are objects that say "UNIQUE Passive". This means you cant obtain that efect upon buying the same object again or... when you have multiple objects with "UNIQUE passive" you will only obtain one of those effects???

2. I have been playing with Anivia and Lux. I have been doing well with thses characters and i want to buy my third... Vladimir. I really like him but i have a problem... if i buy Vlad i must adjust my runes so it is effective for the 3 of my charcates(I shouldnt get mana from the glyphs because Vladimir cant get advantage from these) So what configuration do you advise to me.

Thanks for everything and pardon me for my bad english.

1. This means the passive itself is unique. No other passive like it stacks on to itself. For example Sheen does not stack with Tri Force. But Sheen does work with Banshee's Veil.

2. Cooldown Reduction, or AP per level.

I prefer CD reduction on Vlad myself, because you can spam your Q more early game.
