No connectivity when i try to Download LOL

Was just looking for some help from you guys with this big problem. i go to the LOL website and hit DL game and then i click to DL it and a little window comes up saying no internet connectivity. please try again later. what do i do?

ok im founfd a way to DL the game but know im getting a RADS error..what now ?
