About Uncle Ryze chances to be on sale, I'm trying to figure out the pattern (if there is one) that Riot uses for the other 2 skins. Let's hope it's not based on great/poor regular sales only. What I can say, for now, is that the skin has been on sale on September 24th through September 27th with French Maid Nidalee and Matador Alistar. And that's a long time. Other great skins like Emumu have been on sale twice since September. I'm creating a database with all skins, sales and dates, as soon as possible I'll post it.
