My sugestion is to have more than 3 runepages, 3 is not enough if u play random heroes, if u stick to 2 or 3 heroes is ok but recently im playing random heroes, i have 3 diferent runesets but the 3 runesets don fit all kind of heroes , u can stick to a group of 3-10 heroes with 3 runesets

BTW, if the game will be competitive i think that in competitions must be created a option to disable masteries and/or runes to make the game more equilibrated :P
